Firetruck Visit at BestStart Albany
We have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the fire truck, having spent ample time preparing through various activities such as practicing escape plans at home, conducting fire drills, and engaging in safety exercises at our center. Today, the long-awaited visit finally took place as a fire engine and firefighters arrived at our Best Start Albany Center.
All of our tamariki were thrilled to see the firefighters' equipment, participate in a fire drill, and even have the opportunity to hold a hose from the fire truck to spray water. They also enjoyed the chance to explore the inside of the fire truck. The entire event was not only educational but also filled with joy, as our tamariki and the firefighters interacted in a friendly and professional manner.
