Meet The Team at BestStart Vivian Street!
The Kaiako here at BestStart Vivian Street are a close-knit team who get along with one another well and have worked in the centre together for a long time. This has enabled them to work well as a team and bring the best learning outcomes for tamariki. We all have the same goal, to educate and care for the future generation.
We find this is the most crucial age group and this is the time that shapes them into their future selves, therefore we place a high importance on the care they receive from us. The team here at BestStart Vivian Street are passionate about catering for the interests of tamariki and linking it to their localised curriculum which incorporates aspects of the beautiful surroundings (such as the Maunga and Moana).
Kaiako here at BestStart Vivian Street enjoy getting to know each and every whanau, by taking the time to have valuable one one-on-one conversations to support not only the well-being of tamariki but also their whanau. We work in collaboration with whanau to develop Individual learning plans to support the learning and development of tamariki here at BestStart Vivian Street.
