Our Frozen Castle
We have had so many Elsa's and Ana's in the preschool at present. The interest has become so big since there was a Disney on Ice show in town. Emma went out and bought the preschool some new dress-ups, they have been so popular with all of the children and into the Prep room. We have also been gifted some special Indian dresses which fit perfectly into our princess themes. Together the children and Paulette wanted to build a castle made of Ice for Elsa and Ana to live in. The children got to choose what they wanted in the castle, so everyone got to work on their creation together. After getting some material and some balloons Paulette weaved through some colourful lights so the ice could light up. This Castle was perfect! All we needed was a snowman! Paulette had a special friend at home that came to our christmas party, so he came in to play with the children. The castle was now complete! There has been so much role playing, singing and dancing, the children have been reading stories to each other in the castle. We had a special party for two of our children as they were moving through to the preschool, we had a Frozen theme and even had an icecream cake.
