Our Under two excursion
Excitement buzzed as we entered the Warehouse, greeted by rows upon rows of lush greenery. The warehouse was a symphony of colors and scents, a paradise for plant lovers like us. Each aisle was a discovery, from leafy ferns to spiky cacti, each plant whispering stories of growth and resilience, the tamariki were intrigued.
Under the guidance of our teachers, we set off in our carts, with eager hands reaching for the vibrant leaves and delicate petals. Laughter filled the air as we debated the merits of each plant, sharing our visions of the green oasis we would create. Small hands carefully chose pots, matching them to the perfect plant-like puzzle pieces. We marveled at the textures and shapes, learning about each plant's unique needs and quirks.
The warehouse became our playground, a place of wonder and exploration. With carts filled to the brim, we made our way to the checkout, proud of our green treasures. The journey back to our preschool was filled with chatter about where each plant would go and how we would care for them. Our Earth Day excursion filled not only our arms with plants but also our hearts with a newfound love for the natural world.
As we arrived back at school, we eagerly prepared our pots, soil flying as we worked together to give our new friends a cozy home. The day ended with dirt-streaked faces and smiles as bright as the flowers we had chosen. Our warehouse adventure had been a celebration of nature's beauty, and we couldn't wait to watch our plants grow and thrive, a living reminder of our Earth Day fun.
