Summer Fun
The Warrington team decided to plan a fun summer event for all the Whanau and Tamariki! We wanted to welcome them back from the Christmas Holidays!
This was also what the children had been asking for so they were able to have a pool day and wear their togs. We had so much fun planning this with the children and we were able to get some paddling pools and a fun waterslide. The Children were there to help set it all up, and we had a splash of colour with balloons which is a favourite for our preschool. The day was so hot which was just perfect!
We had 3 paddling pools, 2 summer shades for some relaxing time and a big yellow and white slip and slide. We also had a new sprinkler that went right along the fence line which got us all wet. With togs on we were ready to have some fun, even the staff had a turn on the slip and slide.
There were so many happy faces and welcomed a lot of families back into the Centre. I think we will be planning another fun event like this very soon.
