QSA Award 2022 - Media Release
BestStart voted top Early Childhood Educator fifth year in a row.
BestStart Educare has scooped the coveted Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award for the fifth year in a row.
BestStart is New Zealand’s largest early learning provider with over 270 centres, 4,500 staff and 20,000 children attending centres across the country.
Fiona Hughes, Deputy CE, says that the award is recognition of BestStart’s success in delivering quality education to New Zealand’s youngest children and its commitment to keeping families at the heart of everything we do.
“We are delighted to have received this award for the fifth year in a row. Early learning is the most important period of learning in a person’s life, and our teams work hard every day to provide high quality, nurturing and supportive education,” she says.
“We will always believe in investing in our people through professional development opportunities, leadership pathways and ongoing support because we want our people to know that they are valued and to enjoy their work. It is their passion, commitment and skill that enables us to provide outstanding levels of support to our tamariki and families."
Hughes says this is an award that all BestStart teams can feel incredibly proud of.
"It is wonderful to have families recognise how tirelessly our teams work to achieve the best outcomes for their children."
