Discover our unique rooms

Our modern indoor spaces are built to support the learning and development of every age group and each room is equipped with high-quality resources to spark curious minds and support the learning of children at each stage of their development.

We have an expansive outdoor area where children of different age groups can explore and interact while building their independence and self-confidence skills.

Tuatua Room (Infants)(0 - 1 year old)

Our Tuatua Room is a soft, calm space for non-moving babies with a key caregiver for each child.

We have age-appropriate resources including a designated Sleep Room, Kai table, and baby garden specifically designed for infants.

Pāpaka (Toddlers)(1 - 3 years old)

Our Pāpaka room has a large indoor and outdoor space designed for toddlers to help them explore freely and socialise together. Our experienced key teachers support learning through music, movement, and through play.

Tāmure (Toddlers)(3 - 4 years old)

Our Tāmure space has large outdoor equipment to help nurture independence. Within this room, we begin to engage in excursions into the community and we have a strong focus on the environment including garden-to-table to develop independence and self-help skills.

Whai Room (Preschoolers)(4 - 5 years old)

Within our Whai room, we have a strong focus on school readiness and preparation for your child's transition to primary school. Our experienced team of kaiako teach the necessary skills through our Set for School programme and we welcome visits from local new-entrant teachers as well as regular centre excursions into the community.
